Mod organizer not showing mods in download folder

I recently installed MO2 (Mod Organizer 2) to download mods for SSE. I've downloaded around 80 mods now, and have finally run into an issue I need help with. However when I opened the MO2 profiles folder to sync with Modwatch so I could my load order for help, there was absolutely nothing inside except for esps from my Skyrim Classic folder. [Mod Organizer ] Game does not show mods So, after a while, I go back to FO4, update Mod Organizer to , and when I get into the game, no mods is available, the mods menu is empty. I launched LOOT, and the mod list is empty either. Then look in Skyrim/Modorganizer/mods folder. Also you should be installing it through MO so that the mods will be found on the right hand side under downloads And Mods in .

If a mod is hosted on the Nexus, you can add it to MO2 in two ways. One is to click Download With Manager under the file on the Nexus, and this will download it directly to your mod manager. The other is to click the Manual Download button, and this will download it to your download folder. See below for specific instructions.
